The Manhattan Queen Platform Bed with Open Footrail from Atlantic Furniture features solid hardwood construction, reverse arch tongue and groove panels, a center support system for extra stability with steel bolt reinforcements on the panels, a hardwood slat set which supports the mattress, and Mortise and Tenon joinery. The platform bed is available in 3 attractive finishes: Natural Maple, Light Cherry or White. This platform bed is for use with a mattress only; a foundation such as a box spring is not necessary. The height of the Manhattan Platform Bed with is 48 inches tall. PLEASE NOTE that the mattress, under-bed storage drawers and linens shown in the illustration are not included. You may purchase under-bed storage drawers for an additional cost.
