Made of solid birch, and cherry veneer this adaptation of a Queen Anne writing desk as interpreted by American Colonial craftsmen features a hand matched cherry veneer top, hand carved gathered sea grass and "C" scroll cabriole legs, center lift lid with mirrored back, lined interior with jewelry tray, 2 full-length drawers and antique brass finished pierced back plate and bale drawer pulls in a lightly distressed rich deep cherry. Some assembly required. 42" x 21" x 30-1/4" tall Note: This item is in a distressed finish; meaning holes, gashes, hash marks, and other distressed characteristics. This finish gives a special character and flavour to the piece.
